In keeping with the post from earlier today, I'm going to follow my workout format.
Warmup:

Skill work:
3x30 second yoga headstand
Workout:
3x10 25# bent-over row
3x5 pushups
3x5 chair dips
3x5 25# dumbell pullover
Stretching
Weight: 200.8#
