Day 6 + 7

Day 6 was a friend's birthday. I ate cake (and other bad things) and skipped workout to hang out.

Day 7:
15 minutes on stat cycle, cardio setting

Squat - 5x45, 5x65, 5x95, 3x5x135#
Shoulder Press - 5x45, 5x65, 3x5x75#

Short day today, since I got to the gym late.
