Warm up:

3 rounds:
30 jumping jacks
5 burpees

Skill work:

3x40 sec yoga headstand

Workout:

5x10 25# shoulder press
5x10 10# dumbell flies
3x5 25# kettlebell snatch

Stretching

Weight: 196.0#

I have no idea what the weight is doing. I'm just trying to be good about snacking and eating - and generally failing.
