Warm up: 12 minutes treadmill @5.4kph, 1% incline

Squat - 5 reps each: 45, 65, 95, 105, 105, 105#
Bench Press - 5 reps each: 45, 55, 65, 75, 75, 75#
Deadlift - 5 reps each: 65, 95, 105, 120#

3x2 Chin up

Cool down: 12 minutes treadmill @5.2kph, 1% incline

Weight: 196.2#
